Sätt ugnen på 225°.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lägg en skinkskiva + basilikablad och mozzarellabit på varje lasagneplatta.&lt;br /&gt;3. Häll lite tomatsås i en ugnssäker form. Rulla ihop lasagneplattorna och lägg dem i formen. Häll på resten av tomatsåsen och strö över riven ost.&lt;br /&gt;4. Dels fanns inte all ingredienser på affären och dels hade jag inte lagt några bönor i blöt&lt;br /&gt;Förenklad Chili con carne&lt;br /&gt;10 portioner, ca 330 kcal per portion&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 kg fransyska&lt;br /&gt;3 st morötter&lt;br /&gt;7 klyftor vitlök&lt;br /&gt;2 st gula lökar&lt;br /&gt;1 msk spiskummin&lt;br /&gt;1 msk paprikapulver&lt;br /&gt;1 tsk cayennepeppar&lt;br /&gt;1 msk chilipulver&lt;br /&gt;4 burkar krossade tomater&lt;br /&gt;2 st hela kanelstänger&lt;br /&gt;2 burkar stora vita bönor&lt;br /&gt;1 st buljongtärning&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 msk kalvfond&lt;br /&gt;salt peppar och en nypa socker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 tsk rapsolja till stekning&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Skär köttet i små tärningar, ca 2 x 2 cm. Skala och skär morötterna i tärningar. Skiva vitlöken och finhacka löken.&lt;br /&gt;Sätt en STOR gryta på spisen. Bryn köttet i olja i en stekpanna. Stek i omgångar om det behövs. Salta, peppra och häll på de övriga kryddorna: spiskummin, paprikapulver, cayennepeppar och chilipulver. Lägg över köttet i grytan. I med morötter, vitlök, gul lök, hela kanelstänger och krossade tomater och buljongtärningarna.&lt;br /&gt;Låt småkoka i ca 1 1/2 - 2 timmar utan lock. Tillsätt bönorna på slutet. Nu är jag dock på gång igen. Idag blir det söndagsmiddag hos K som D ska laga. Det blir säkert något riktigt gott!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Har precis grundat med en enkel lunch, superenkel "äggröra" som ger 230 kcal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fräs en burk konserverade champinjoner i 1/2 tsk rapsolja. Tillsätt 1/2 dl räkor. Knäck två ägg över det frästa, rör sönder äggen lite. Låt fräsa till önskad konsistens. Hade helt enkelt inte handla så &lt;a href="http://www.arla.se/Default____17653.aspx?RecipeID=15454"&gt;Citron och basilikafisk&lt;/a&gt; får vänta till en annan dag.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu blir det lite "man tager vad man haver"... Blir en variant på lökbiffarna från Maud Onnemark (har funnits både i Alltommat och på svt's matsida).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pizzabiffar med rotsaker.&lt;br /&gt;3 portioner 390 kcal per portion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 g mager nötfärs&lt;br /&gt;1 lök&lt;br /&gt;1 dl pastasås(tomatsås) som blivit över&lt;br /&gt;Sal och peppar&lt;br /&gt;lite vatten för konsistensen på färsen&lt;br /&gt;3 tsk rapsolja&lt;br /&gt;Blandade rotsaker, morot, kålrot och en stackars bakpotatis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dela rotsakerna i delar och lägg i en långpanna med rapsoljan. Baka i ugnen på 225 grader.&lt;br /&gt;Blanda färs, riven lök, pastasås, salt, peppar och ev lite vatten om konsistensen kräver det.&lt;br /&gt;När det är 15 minuter kvar på rotsakerna klicka ut biffar i långpannan. Det borde väl vara efter 20 minuter eller så...&lt;br /&gt;Till biffarna tänkte jag ha lite av sojasåsen från igår men det har jag inte räknat in här. Stek upp kycklingen med champinjoner och paprika. Salta och peppra. Häll i örtsåsen och fraichen. Pressa i en vitlöksklyfta. Häll sedan det kokta riset i en ugnsform, fördela kycklingröran över. Gratinera i ca 250 g med folie över. (ca 10-15 min). Gratängen blev helt misslyckad eftersom jag mitt dumma nöt inte kunde motstå ingivelsen att hälla citronsaft på gratängen.
